DIRECTOR OF ADMISSIONS

Noorda College of Osteopathic Medicine is seeking to hire a strategic and hands-on Director of Admissions to lead and manage all aspects of admissions operations, recruitment initiatives, and enrollment processes. This role ensures a seamless, student-centered admissions experience while supporting institutional goals and mission.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead day-to-day admissions operations, ensuring compliance with policies, accreditation standards, and best practices
- Oversee application review, interview coordination, and admissions decision processes as a key Admissions Committee member
- Manage and develop a high-performing admissions team; set performance expectations and ensure exceptional service delivery
- Execute recruitment strategies, including local, regional, and national travel for events, fairs, and outreach
- Collaborate cross-functionally to streamline admissions, enrollment, and matriculation processes
- Monitor admissions data, generate reports, and provide insights on trends, yield, and performance metrics
- Support budget planning, track expenses, and ensure adherence to financial guidelines
- Maintain strong relationships with pre-health advisors and stakeholders
QUALIFICATIONS
Education & Experience
- Master’s degree in Higher Education, Student Affairs, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive admissions experience; 3+ years in a supervisory role
- Medical/health professions admissions experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of CRM systems, admissions processes, and data reporting tools
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making abilities
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Data-driven, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused
- Passion for medical education and student success
- Commitment to ethical, holistic admissions practices and a student-centered approach
SCHEDULE & LOCATION
- On-site, in office in Provo, UT
- Mon-Fri regular schedule with ability to travel regularly and work occasionally in the evening and on the weekend
