Experienced
Noorda College of Osteopathic Medicine is seeking a professional, relationship-driven Recruitment and Admissions Counselor to support student recruitment, applicant engagement, and admissions strategy! This role represents the College at local, regional, and national recruitment events while building strong relationships with prospective students, pre-health advisors, undergraduate institutions, pipeline programs, and community partners.

Key Responsibilities:
- Represent the College at graduate fairs, pre-medical events, university visits, conferences, webinars, open houses, campus tours, and other recruitment programs.
- Develop and maintain a strategic recruitment plan in collaboration with the admissions team.
- Communicate the College’s mission, curriculum, admissions philosophy, student outcomes, and institutional values.
- Maintain prospective student communication to support engagement, application conversion, and yield.
- Use Slate CRM to document interactions, track engagement, generate reports, and support strategic enrollment initiatives.
- Collect and analyze recruitment metrics, applicant trends, event outcomes, and market intelligence to recommend future recruitment strategies.
- Assist with application review, interview preparation, admissions workflow, committee support, and recruitment/admissions events.
- Provo, UT; travel is required.
- Extensive independent travel is an essential function of this exempt position and may comprise 50–75% of work time during peak recruitment seasons. Evening and weekend programming is required as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 2–4 years of experience in admissions, enrollment management, recruitment, higher education, sales, healthcare outreach, or a related field.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, public speaking, and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage frequent travel and competing priorities.
- Experience using CRM systems for communication, recruitment workflows, data tracking, and reporting; Slate CRM experience strongly preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Valid driver’s license required and must be maintained.
- Ability to exercise sound judgment, maintain confidentiality, and represent the College with professionalism and discretion.

Salary & Benefits:
- Competitive salary range of $75,000–$80,000 annually commensurate with experience and education.
