Join our team as the Director of Business Operations in Student Affairs!

The Director of Business Operations for Student Affairs provides comprehensive operational and administrative leadership for the Student Affairs division. This role oversees financial management, technological integration, and business operations while serving as a critical liaison between Student Affairs, Information Technology, and other administrative departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage budgets for Student Affairs and Admissions.
  • Oversee purchasing, vendor contracts, and financial compliance.
  • Manage student health insurance and UTA transit pass programs.
  • Lead system implementation, troubleshooting, and IT coordination.
  • Ensure data security, accuracy, and regulatory compliance.
  • Drive operational efficiency and develop standard procedures.
  • Contribute to strategic planning and policy development.
Qualifications:
  • MBA or Master’s in higher education administration, information systems, accounting, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in business operations or systems analysis.
  • Strong budget management, financial oversight, and contract/vendor management experience.
  • Proficiency in Student Information Systems (SIS), CRM tools, and enterprise applications.
  • Expertise in data analysis, reporting tools (Excel, Smartsheet), and project management.
  • Higher education experience preferred.
