Noorda College of Osteopathic Medicine is seeking a detail‑oriented and highly professional Administrative Assistant for Academic Affairs / Curriculum Coordination to support the integrity and delivery of the medical school curriculum! This role reports to the Manager of Curriculum Coordination and works closely with Associate Dean, faculty, staff, and students.

ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Collect, track, and upload course materials (syllabi, learning objectives, study guides, quizzes, exams, etc.) into designated systems
- Ensure curriculum calendars, deadlines, and academic dates are accurate and current
- Coordinate with faculty to meet submission timelines and formatting standards
- Serve as a primary Canvas contact for students regarding course content
- Maintain organized, accurate curriculum records and version control
- Support active‑learning initiatives and faculty in the pod‑based learning environment
- Assist with meetings, scheduling, agendas, notes, and follow‑up action items
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Support special projects and general administrative needs within Academic Affairs
Education and Certification:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, science, or other related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ professional experience, preferably in an environment working with adult learners and college faculty.
- Demonstrated effectiveness, knowledge, and experience in organizing large amounts of information, coordinating with diverse groups of people, and communicating with a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Comfort navigating Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt to change
