Noorda College of Osteopathic Medicine is seeking to hire a CME Program Administrator to serve as the primary coordinator and resource for the College's Continuing Medical Education (CME) program!

This role reports to the Associate Dean of GME and CME, collaborates with faculty, clinical partners, planning committees, and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality, accredited CME activities that support clinical excellence and patient care.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Administer and oversee the CME program in compliance with ACCME and related accrediting bodies (AMA, AOA, Nursing, PA).
  • Plan, coordinate, and support CME activities, conferences, and meetings, including logistics, registration, AV, catering, and on/off-site setup.
  • Manage CME records, accreditation documentation, learner tracking, evaluations, certificates, and audit-ready reports.
  • Utilize the CME learning management system for registrations, payments, attendance tracking, and troubleshooting.
  • Track faculty disclosures, resolve conflicts of interest, and ensure compliance with commercial support guidelines.
  • Assist with CME policies, procedures, budget tracking, invoices, and financial reports.
  • Prepare agendas, minutes, and documentation for CME Committee and stakeholder meetings.
  • Serve as a knowledgeable and responsive resource for faculty and CME participants.
  • Represent the College at professional meetings and support accreditation and compliance initiatives.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Education
  • Bachelor’s degree required (health-related or business field preferred); master’s degree preferred (MPH, MHA, MBA).
Required Skills & Experience:
  • Minimum 3 years of CME administration experience.
  • Strong knowledge of ACCME accreditation standards.
  • Experience with CME systems (e.g., PARS, MedHub) and event planning preferred.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, customer service, and project management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and collaboratively.
  • Willingness to travel and work occasionally on evenings or weekends.
