We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Administrative Assistant to support Academic Affairs with a focus on Curriculum Coordination! This role is vital to ensuring the smooth collection, organization, and management of academic course content and curriculum logistics. The ideal candidate will be proactive, communicative, and capable of balancing multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collects course content from faculty, including syllabi, learning objectives, course materials, study guides, quizzes, and exams.
  • Uploads academic materials into designated systems and ensures accuracy and completeness.
  • Coordinates with faculty on curriculum timelines, deadlines, and required documentation.
  • Manages communications and relationships with students, faculty, and administrative staff related to curriculum coordination.
  • Assists the Manager of Curriculum Coordination with planning and executing curriculum-related initiatives and special projects.
  • Maintains strict confidentiality regarding academic content and institutional information.
  • Supports the continuous improvement of curriculum processes and documentation.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in business, science, or another related field is required. 
Minimum of 2 years’ professional experience, preferably in an environment working with adult learners and college faculty.

Skills & Abilities:
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Comfortable working with document management systems and learning management platforms.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
