We are seeking a highly organized, patient-focused Clinical Support Supervisor to join our growing clinic team. This is a multi-functional role that combines hands-on clinical support with leadership and operational oversight of the clinic’s back-office and clinical support staff.

In this role, you will supervise medical assistants and student volunteers while actively supporting providers throughout the full patient care experience. You will play a key role in ensuring efficient clinic operations, exceptional patient care, and strong communication between providers, staff, and patients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily clinical support operations, staffing, schedules, and office flow
  • Supervise, train, and support clinical staff and student volunteers
  • Monitor clinic schedules, staffing levels, and clinical supply inventory
  • Assist with EMR charting templates, scribing, and order management
  • Prepare for and assist with procedures, including functioning as first assist for sterile procedures
  • Manage patient visits from intake through follow-up, including rooming, HPI summaries, orders, referrals, and prior authorizations
  • Coordinate patient communication, education, follow-up care, and test results
  • Serve as a liaison between patients, providers, and external referral partners
  • Complete clinical and administrative tasks as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
Education and Certification: 
  • Minimum of High School Diploma or GED 
  • CMA, CNA, EMT, phlebotomy or on-the job training in a clinical support position required 
  • Additional administrative and/or medical related education/certifications are a plus 
  • Active BLS certification 
 Experience: 
  • Minimum 1-year prior experience working in a healthcare setting (volunteer and/or student experience will be considered) 
  • Minimum 1-year related experience (customer service, patient care, athletic training, etc.)
Schedule & Location
  • Full-time | Mon–Fri, 9:00am–5:00pm (flexibility required)
  • On Site
