The Office of the Registrar is seeking an Administrative Coordinator for Student Affairs – Enrollment Services to manage critical enrollment operations, student record maintenance, and high-quality customer service for students, faculty, and campus partners.

- Managing daily data entry, updates, and quality control in student information systems.
- Processing grades, academic status changes, transcript requests, and enrollment verifications.
- Maintaining comprehensive student records (test scores, documentation, official forms).
- Supporting registration for courses, electives, and clinical rotations; processing add/drop and course adjustments.
- Assisting with course catalog/handbook updates (course numbers, credit hours, prerequisites).
- Coordinating leaves of absence, withdrawals, and re-enrollment documentation
- Serving as the primary point of contact for student and stakeholder inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
- Developing FAQs/resources, improving processes, and supporting audits/accreditation needs.
- Supporting office operations, budget documentation, and key events (orientation, commencement).
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business/Business Administration, or related field (required).
- 2–3 years in higher education administration, student services, or data management.
- Experience with student information systems/database management (SONIS preferred).
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, communication, accuracy, and problem-solving.
