We’re seeking a Director of Clinical Education Operations at Noorda College of Osteopathic Medicine to serve as the operational backbone of our clinical education program, managing the logistics and coordination for nearly 400 third- and fourth-year medical students across multiple sites!

This position will focus on operational excellence, communication management, and relationship maintenance, ensuring seamless execution of clinical rotations while the Assistant Dean oversees curriculum development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead all operational logistics for student clinical rotations, including scheduling, placement coordination, and record management.
  • Develop and implement proactive communication systems that connect students, preceptors, hospital administrators, and college leadership.
  • Serve as primary liaison with clinical rotation software vendors, maximizing platform capabilities and ensuring efficiency.
  • Direct and mentor clinical education staff, fostering team effectiveness and continuous improvement.
  • Maintain compliance with COCA accreditation standards through systematic operational oversight.
  • Build and sustain strong relationships with healthcare partners to support student success and long-term collaboration.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education & Certification:
  • 5+ years of healthcare administration experience, preferably within hospital systems or large healthcare organizations.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale operations and complex logistics.
  • Familiarity with academic medicine, medical education processes, or accreditation standards strongly preferred.
  • Expertise in healthcare administration systems, clinical scheduling platforms, and database management.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage diverse stakeholders.
